Longmeadow FAQs

We currently follow a “catch and release” policy at the pond. Any visitors must be connected with a current resident as the pond is for HOA members (and their guests) only.

Garage sales may only be held during the community-wide designated weekend. The annual date will be posted on website and in the neighborhood Facebook group. Members interested in participating must submit a Garage Sale Notification Form by the deadline.

All mailboxes must adhere to the HOA uniform standard. Please keep your mailbox looking pristine by cleaning and painting as needed. Contact the board if you are in need of a new white mailbox for purchase.

Ice skating is not allowed on the big pond due to liability issues. However, a smaller skating pond is maintained by residents for our members to use throughout the winter.

The Community Garden is managed by Mary Kay and Len Amat. Members interested in one of the available plots may contact the Amats for more information. They ask that all plot tenders keep their respective plots weed free during the growing season and remove all garden debris prior to November 1. As a friendly reminder, please no leaning on or putting rocks on/in the fountain as it is costly and time consuming to repair.
