Road Resurfacing: Special Assessment

The Road Maintenance Proposal presented at the 2025 annual meeting became effective in July of this year (2026). The invoices for $6,490 were issued with the following installments:

1st Installment due: 03/31/2027 $721.11
2nd Installment due: 09/30/2027 $721.11
3rd Installment due: 03/31/2028 $721.11
4th Installment due: 09/30/2028 $721.11
5th Installment due: 03/31/2029 $721.11
6th Installment due: 09/30/2029 $721.11
7th Installment due: 03/31/2030 $721.11
8th Installment due: 09/30/2030 $721.11
9th Installment due: 03/31/2031 $721.11  

The new Board is currently reviewing all information about the project, as well as getting some new quotes.
