Future Road Resurfacing: Special Assessment

The Road Maintenance Proposal presented at the 2025 annual meeting became effective in July of this year (2025).

Two payment plan options are available. Members will be emailed a payment selection form in April (2026) to complete and return. Regardless of which plan is chosen, all members will receive an initial invoice in June of 2026 with a due date in July of 2026.
